- Rent Deduction Optimizer: Self-service calculator with per-use fee or annual subscription.
- Insurance Quotes: Advisory on tax-deductible annuity and health plans.
3. User Accounts
- You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fees are displayed at the time of calculation or subscription purchase.
- All payments are processed via Stripe; no refunds after service delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content and code are owned by DimTax or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. User Conduct
- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., hacking, spamming).
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is for guidance only and does not constitute professional advice.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify DimTax from claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
10. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms; changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
